FINALLY ITSSSSSS FINISHEDD!!!!!!! GAAAAAAA this piece took forever due to the coursework I have been given and the upcoming exhibition
 Anywho I decided to scrap the the Jrock portrait i was doing. But it did remind me of 2 suggestions I was given back in an old journal, which were to create a piece based on a Legend and create my own jrocker. SOOoo thats what I did. I wanted to base it of the legend of Richard the Lionheart and Blondel the Minstrel. By 1260 a legend had developed that, after Richard's capture, his minstrel Blondel travelled Europe from castle to castle, loudly singing a song known only to the two of them (they had composed it together). Eventually, he came to the place where Richard was being held, and Richard heard the song and answered with the appropriate refrain, thus revealing where the king was incarcerated. So this is my version of Blondel.  apart from this is a woman, well... im not sure to be honest I changed my mind so many times on the gender I got not a clue. LOL.I looked at alot of different cultures abd time periods to create the piece. However the 3 main styles i was very inspired by were, barrock, French 18th C painting and Pre-Raffelites. (soz for my poor spellings lol) Also i wanted a slight modern twist so i added in some Visual Kei Jrock fashion elements. Over all it was a really fun piece to do, at the same time it was a bugger ahahha! Anyway i want to enter this into a contest, the deadline is soon but before i enter it i want to hear your critque. PLZ LET ME KNOW IT! i would really appreciate to hear your comments. Many thanks for your time!
